Disclosed are three-block copolyethers of general formula (I), wherein the said symbols have the meanings in description. Disclosed is also the use of the said compound of general formula (I) for industrial gearing, differential gears and in oils for two-stroke engines, as well as modifying compositions for four- stroke engines and the preparation for lubricant oil of four-stroke engines, which contains this compound of general formula (I) in the amount from 5 to 50 wt. %.
