This patent describes an agent used for protection of cultural plants against harmful effect of herbicides prepared based on the derivatives of 2-£4(5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine-2- -yloxy)fenoxy|propion acid with a general formula (II), where Y means the group -NR16R17, the group of -O-R18, the group -S-R18 or the group -O-N=CR19R20, while the symbols R16, R17, R18, R19 and R20 are explained in the description and this facility contains at least one antidotum with a general formula (I), as an active compound, where the symbols R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, A and Z are declared and explained in the description as the additive salts with acids or complex metals.
