<p>The supporting plastic spine (10) is based on a rod (11) of rectangular cross-section, with alternate straight (11a) and flexible elbow (11b) sections, producing a zig-zag profile in side elevation. Short U-section flexible guide channels (12) are integrally moulded on either side of each elbow (11b). Opening to the inside of the curve (12a). The insulated cable cores, following the spine, are clipped into these guides. For 3 or more cores, additional spinal rods and guide channels are incorporated. A flexible elastomeric sheath is provide overall, the cores, suitably terminated, extending beyond the ends.</p> |
