The putlog anchor divided for mounting to putlogs (1) of railways, used for increasing of the resistance against a transversal moving in the railway bed, is created with the use of the strap (2) a shape of which is accommodated to the transversal cross-section closed to putlog (1) and with two flat shoulders (11), chamferred to one side towards the putlog (1) vertically. After the shoulders (11) had been set to the putlog (1) and a position of them was determined by the retainer (13), and they were connected with the use of the screws (6), with the strap (2) surrounding the putlog (1) from above and sides, the grip closing of the putlog (1) is created, after the tightening of the nuts (9), and the fixed connection of the putlog anchor with the putlog (1), as a result of that.
