PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch film excellent in mechanical strength such as self-adhesiveness, tear propagation resistance, thrust strength, breaking strength, breaking elongation, transparency, stretchability or bundling properties. SOLUTION: A lamainate contains a first layer containing an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer with density of 0.86-0.94g/cm<3> as a constitutional resin and a second layer and a second layer composed of at least one kind of an ethylenic polymer of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer with density of 0.86-0.94g/cm<3> and an ethylene (co)polymer by high pressure radical polymerization.
