PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the ionic conductivity of a solid electrolyte to increase discharge characteristics, retard deterioration of an electrode, and provide high charge/discharge characteristics and high charge/discharge cycle characteristics especially when used as a secondary battery in a solid electrolyte battery having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic battery having a positive electrode 1, a negative electrode 2, and a polymer solid electrolyte 3, a copolymer of diallyl maleate and polyalkoxy acrylate or a copolymer of triallyl cyanurate and polyalkoxy acrylate is used in a polymer constituting the polymer solid electrolyte 3. |
