PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise safety by exterminating various germs stuck to a card while the germs or the like are prevented from penetrating into a human body by a method wherein synthetic resin base material is laminated by a plurality of layers, and an antibacterial agent is kneaded into at least an over sheet being a base material of a front layer surface. SOLUTION: Over sheets 1, 4 are formed by kneading a specific wt.% ratio of a ceramic silver ion antibacterial agent 5 into a copolymer resin of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, and if necessary, a magnetic stripe 7 is preliminarily formed by sticking it to a surface. Center cores 2, 3 are a milk white copolymer resin of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, and a pattern and character printing information are formed. Then, the center cores 2, 3 and the over sheets 1, 4 are auccessively superimposed on each other, which are put between metal sheets, lamination is integrated by applying heat and pressure, and an antibacterial card 8 is obtained. For an antibacterial agent, an inorganic one is especially suitable for practical uses from standing points of durability of antibacterial effects, aptitude for fabrication, etc., and a silver inorganic antibacterial agent, a copper inorganic antibacterial agent, and a zinc inorganic antibacterial agent can be used. |
