WET-TYPE NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR WIPING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain nonwoven fabric for wiping which can wipe off a wide range of dust from relatively large dust to fine particles of oil stain. SOLUTION: This is wet nonwoven fabric for wiping containing sheath-core type conjugated fibers made of nylon 6 and poly(ethylene terephthalate) with filament fineness of 8-20 deniers. Nylon 6 is used as a core, while the sheath is made of nylon 6 and poly(ethylene terephthalate) where they distribute in random shapes on the fiber cross section and they are randomly con jugated to form irregular depression stripes in the longitudinal direction on the fiber surface and the depth of the depression corresponds to 5-30 % of the fiber diameter.
