<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable operation of the dielectric oscillator without the oscillator coming to close to the amplifier circuit by placing an HPF between the amplifier circuit and a resonance circuit. SOLUTION: One of both ends of a resonance circuit 16 is connected to the output side of an amplifier circuit 15 via a microstrip line 11 and a terminal 9, and the other end of the circuit 16 is connected to the input side of the circuit 15 via a microstrip line 10, an HPF 21 consisting of a capacitor 19 and an inductor 20, and a terminal 8. The circuit 16 starts its oscillation when a loop phase is set to 360 deg.. The distance is decided between the circuit 15 and a dielectric resonator 12 based on the condition where the loop phase is set to 360 deg., and the length of both lines 10 and 11 can be increased by the effect of phase advance of the HPF 21. Therefore, no electromagnetic coupling is caused between the circuit 15 and the resonator 12. In other words, such a distance that never causes any trouble of the stable operation of the resonator 12 is secured between the circuit 15 and the resonator 12.</p> |
