<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-accuracy reflecting mirror base body; having heat resistance, dimensional stability, surface smoothness, and strength; by forming a lamp reflecting mirror through using a composition containing two kinds of resin, etc., having two transition temperature points. SOLUTION: A reflecting mirror base body is formed by using a composition containing an unsaturated polyester resin, a glass fiber, and a nonorganic filler body having a glass transition point of 150 deg.C or more, and a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition point of 150 deg.C or less. Then, a high accurate lamp reflecting body base body, having heat resistance, dimensional stability, surface smoothness, and strength can be obtained, and also a high-accurate and high-characteristic lamp reflecting mirror can be obtained by forming a metallic reflecting coating on the surface of this base body.</p> |
