PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the automatic musical performance data processor which changes task processing environment according to the state and effectively utilizes the capability of a CPU, and also prevents a process task of low priority from being delayed as an automatic musical performance data processor which automatically plays music. SOLUTION: The automatic musical performance data consisting of event data ED1-ED4 denoting the contents of events of a musical performance and time data TD1-TD4 denoting the time when the events occur are read out of a storage means 13 in every specific cycle and supplied to a musical sound producing device. This automatic musical performance data processor has the CPU 11 which processes the automatic musical performance data, a means which decides the capability of the CPU 11, and a means which determines the execution cycle of the automatic musical performance data processing according to the decided capability of the CPU 11. |
