PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information from plural information sources and to prevent illegal access to information while transmitting the information to plural recipients, concerning a secret information communication system for providing plane sentence information from a user terminal to a proper user while using an enciphered sentence and a cryptographic key. SOLUTION: In the case of accessing the enciphered sentence and cryptographic key of a user (a) from a reception side user terminal 22 to a center 1 when the enciphered sentence and cryptographic key are registered from a transmission side user terminal 21 to the center 1, according to a request from the center 1, the user identification information of a user (b) himself/herself at the reception side user terminal 22 is sent out and when the user (b) on the reception side can access the enciphered sentence corresponding to user managing information from the transmission side user terminal 21, registered user identification information is collated with the user identification information inputted from the reception side user terminal 22 and both the information are coincident with each other, the center 1 allows the access to the enciphered sentence and cryptographic key. |
