PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance waterproofness of a resin case housing while ensuring sufficient sealing properties. SOLUTION: A resin case housing 45 is roughened on the surface at the inserting part thereof by ultraviolet cleaning in order to enhance adhesion to a sealing material being used later. An UV-curing sealing material having high fluidity is used. Since an UV irradiator being used for UV cleaning can be used as it is, the UV-curing sealing material can be used efficiently. Furthermore, since the sealing material is rolled between the case housing 45 and a component being inserted at the inserting part of case housing 45, sealing properties can be enhanced at that part. Upper surface of case housing 45 is inclined downward toward the outer circumferential fringe. |
