A plurality of active switch elements are each arranged at an intersecting point of each of gate wirings(20) and each of signal wirings. A gate electrode(30) is formed by an aluminum alloy. A first anodizing film(104) is partially anodized by the aluminum alloy. A second anodizing film(108) is totally anodized by a tantalum system metal.
