PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a more accurate three-dimensional model without increasing the operation load on operator. SOLUTION: The modeling system which generates a three-dimensional shape model M for a body on the basis of a two-dimensional image G1 including solid structure information on the body O is provided with a display control means which displays the monitor image GM2 composed of the latest projection image of the three-dimensional shape model M and the two-dimensional image G1, a manual correcting means which corrects the three-dimensional shape model according to instruction given by operator, and an automatic correcting means which corrects the three-dimensional shape model according to the result of an analysis of the two-dimensional image G1.
