PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a dehumidifying with no drop of a room internal temperature, without requiring an electric heater, without increasing a power consumption, also, without leaking an unpleasant noise to the inside of the room, and in addition, without generating a liquid reversing or an abnormal overheating of a compressor. SOLUTION: A first indoor heat-exchanger 8a and a second indoor heat- exchanger 8b are housed in an indoor unit 1, and a plurality of air suction ports 2, 3 corresponding with respective indoor heat-exchangers 8a, 8b, are formed in the indoor unit 1. Temperatures (Tc), (Tj) of the indoor heat- exchangers 8a, 8b are detected, and a dehumidifying operation is performed by controlling the opening degree of an electric expansion valve so that the temperature (Tj) may become a dew-point temperature or lower, and the temperature (Tc) may become higher than the dew-point. |
