PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize zero current switching when two insulating switches are turned on/off on the input side by eliminating the energy loss in preventing input of overcurrent, and to output a voltage without causing any energy loss by simply increasing the input peak current proportionally to the increase of energy being fed per a predetermined time when it is increased by outputting a voltage equal to or higher than the power supply voltage. SOLUTION: For example, two insulating switches (series circuit of NMOS, PMOS and diode) are connected in series across the series resonance circuit of a capacitor 5 and a coil 4, and other two insulating switches are connected in series across the capacitor 5. Former two insulating switches and latter two insulating switches are turned on/off alternately through a control circuit. |
