PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timer device, which can count a prescribed time even in the case of inversion of an input signal with a high frequency, and an illuminaire which uses this timer device to surely perform switching between normal lighting and emergency lighting and prevents easy melt sticking of a relay contact. SOLUTION: This device consists of a capacitor C3, constant current sources 2a and 2c which charge the capacitor C3, constant current sources 2b and 2d which discharge it, a NOR gate NORM, an AND gate AN2, a NOT gate N2, switching elements Q31 to Q34, clamping circuits 1b and 1c, and a comparator COMPd. Relations 2c≫2a, 2d≫2b, and 2b>2a are given to constant current sources 2a to 2d. A reference voltage Vs of the comparator COMPd has two values VHS and VSL (VSH>VSL) which are changed by an output signal Sd. |
