<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of water by a method wherein sealing members, each made up by sticking a molding made of ultra water-absorptive swelling fibers to the surface of a sealing material, are arranged at equal intervals between concrete blocks, and the fibers are saturated with water. SOLUTION: An ultra water-absorptive swelling fiber molding 13 is formed by molding water-retentive ultra water-absorptive swelling fibers into a web, a reticulate fabric, a nonwoven fabric or a rodlike body. Water-absorptive swelling rubber 13a such as SBR or the like is stuck to the ultra water- absorptive swelling fiber molding 13, and thereby a sealing member is formed. Then, the sealing member is interposed between the joining surface of a concrete block body 11 and the joining surface 12a of a block body 12 to be joined, and the block bodies are stuck fast. The ultra water-absorptive swelling fibers are swollen with water absorbed, discharging air to the outside. Furthermore, the water-absorptive swelling rubber 13a is swallen, and thereby watertightness and airtightness are improved.</p> |
