PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device, to make a cost low, and to accurately and easily adjust and set a specified reflection optical axis. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first optical device 1 having a first planar surface 1a and a concave surface 1b with a specified curvature and opposed to the planar surface 1a, and a second optical device 2 having a second planar surface 2a and a convex surface 2b with the same curvature as that of the surface 1b of the device 1 opposed to the planar surface 2a. Either one of the planar surface 1a of the device 1 and the planar surface 2a of the device 2 is set as a mirror surface, the concave part 1b of the device 1 is joined to the convex surface 2b of the device 2, and the relative position is fixed after adjustment. |
