PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the memorandum table from rotationally moving except in an upright state by easily and surely standing a memorandum table provided on an armrest of a chair. SOLUTION: A rotational frame 20 having a memorandum table mount board 2 hingedly connected thereto is fitted to a fixing shaft of a mount base 4 so as to rotationally move in the rage of approximately 180 deg.. An arc face 27 and a tapered face 28 are formed in the outer circumference of a bearing projection 23 constituting a hinge part of the rotational frame, a slide board 35 having a tapered face 36b formed in the one side of the tip faces is internally attached to the base end of the mount board 2, and the slide board tip 36a is always elastically pressurized against the outer circumference of the bearing projection so that, when the memorandum mount is in the upright state, the both tapered faces 28 and 36b are opposedly engaged with each other and held this state.
