PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arm at the compact arrangement by integrally forming an exhausting system with an engine, and to lower the manufacturing cost by commonizing a front side cylinder head and a rear side cylinder head. SOLUTION: An exhausting device for motorcycle is loaded with a V-type four cylinder engine 2 having each two cylinders in front and rear thereof, and a front side exhausting pipe 77 is connected to the right and the left of a front side of a front side cylinder head 73 of a front side two cylinders 2a, and a rear side exhausting pipe 78 is connected to the right and the left of a rear side of a rear side cylinder head 74 of a rear side two cylinders 2b, and an exhausting pipe fitting part having an exhausting pipe fitting surface, which is obliquely directed to the front side of a car body, is formed in right and left of the front side of the front side cylinder head 73. An exhausting pipe fitting part having an exhausting pipe fitting surface, which is obliquely directed to the rear side of the car body, is formed in right and left of the rear side of the rear side cylinder head 74.
