<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to facilitate the correction of the irregularity of printing density and to automatically make the density uniform. SOLUTION: A plurality of heaters 12 arranged in one row of a thermal head 11 are divided into a plurality of blocks B1 to B4 along the row direction with a plurality of units which can be independently conducted as one block. A controller 15 has a conducting time setter 18 and a conducting timer 17 at each block, and is so constituted as to make it possible to independently set the conducting time of the heater designated by the print data at each block containing the heater.</p> |
