PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the quality in the radial direction by making uniform cooling ability in the radial direction. SOLUTION: A fixed mold, a movable mold, a specular plate 12 fixed on the fixed mold and a specular plate 23 fixed on the movable mold and a cooling mechanism for cooling these plates 12 and 23 are provided. This cooling mechanism is provided with a cooling water communicating means and a cooling channel 31 formed respectively on fixing faces 12a and 23a to the fixed mold and the movable mold of the plates 12 and 23 and connected to the cooling water communicating means and the cooling channel 31 is positioned over between the inside in the radial direction and the outside in the radial direction of a disc-shaped cavity and the crosssectional area of its radial direction gradually is increased from the inside in the radial direction toward the outside in the radial direction.
