PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an active optical circuit sheet which is capable of separating an optical wiring part independent from an optical/electric hybrid circuit board and easily joining the optical wiring part and an electric wiring part with a high degree of freedom and an active optical circuit. SOLUTION: An electric connection is formed between such optical wiring board which drives an electro-optical switch or optical modulator by the voltage SIGin from an electronic apparatus to convert the electric signal SIGin to a light signal, transmits the light signal, converts the light signal to an electric signal SIGout by a light receiving element and transmits the signal to another or the same electronic apparatus and the electronic apparatus, by which the electric wiring is separately executed on the electronic apparatus side and the optical wiring on the optical wiring board side. Further, the side of the optical wiring board mounted with the optical devices and the side opposite thereto are provided with SIG in the SIGout electrode pads for connection to the electronic apparatus. |
