PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oscillation of an amplifier circuit at the time of driving a large capacitive load by providing a resistor consisting of a metallic wiring between an amplifier circuit, which is used by application of negative feedback, and an output pad. SOLUTION: Vin inputted to an input terminal 1 is outputted to an output terminal 3 through a resistor R by an OP amplifier 2 where negative feedback is applied, and a capacitive load Co is connected to an output terminal 3. A resistor R between the OP amplifier 2 and the output terminal 3 is formed by a wiring 1 (for example, an aluminum wiring). When the through rate of the amplifier, the supply voltage, the output current, and the capacitance of the capacitance load are denoted as (a), (b), Io, and C respectively, the value of the resistance is set to a prescribed value or larger. In this case, R=0, to 10Ωcan be reasonably obtained as the resistance value on a semiconductor chip by the aluminum wiring 1 because the value of the resistor R is adjusted by the position of the point (a). Thus, oscillation does not occur when R is 10Ωor higher.
