PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tear strength or the like of a base material by a simple operation with an existing apparatus or the like by using a laminated sheet wherein lamination is carried out containing at least one layer of a para-aramid film. SOLUTION: At least two kinds of a para-aramid film 1 and another resin film 2 are alternately superimposed with each other. Further, their interlayer is laminated via an adhesive layer 3 or the like to obtain a laminated sheet 4. A releasable overcoat film 6 is formed via a pressure sensitive self-adhesive layer 5 on one side of the laminated sheet 4 to manufacture a scattering preventive and energy saving film X. The resin film 2 is especially made of polyester resin, poly(meth)acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, etc., and its thickness is preferably at least 0.5μm. For the adhesive 3, various kinds such as polyurethane, polyester, epoxy based ones, etc., are used.
