<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate molding inferiority by forming a through-hole having a funnel-shaped cross section to the central part of a key top support member and fixing and forming a key top hard resin having character printing applied to the rear surface thereof to the upper surface of the key top support member through an adhesive. SOLUTION: After a push button panel made of a residual thermoplastic elastomer excepting a key top 4 is molded, the molded product is taken out of a mold to be punched from the opposite side by using a die in such a state that a receiving jig 11 is set on the side of an expanded hole 8b to form the same through-hole 8a. The through-hole 8 having a funnel shaped cross section is formed as a whole so as to be allowed to communicate with the expanded hole 8b. Subsequently, an adhesive 12 is applied to the upper surface of a key top support member 5c having the through-hole 8 having the funnel-shaped cross section formed thereto as a whole. The rear surface of the key top 4 made of a light pervious hard resin such as polycarbonate or polyester is fixed and formed to the applied adhesive layer. Character printing 13 is applied to the rear surface of the key top 4.</p> |
