<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the preservation of valid data existent in the erasure unit having been an erasure object with high safety and high quickness. SOLUTION: A CPU 5 performs the storage management of a flash ROM based on state information showing the storage states of respective sectors while composing each sector of a data area and a managing area corresponding to this data area. When the power source kind is a battery 7, the sector, for which the valid data exist in the data area, is extracted based on the state information concerning one erasure block of a flash ROM 15 and the erasure block is erased by moving those contents while preferentially using the flash ROM 15. Besides, when the power source kind is an AC adapter 23, the sector, for which the valid data exist in the data area, is extracted based on the state information concerning plural erasure blocks and the plural erasure blocks are erased by moving those contents while positively using a DRAM 14.</p> |
