PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically find out a wrong copy of software or automatically inhibit its use in the case that the number of times of copying of software is determined by a license contract in a network system. SOLUTION: In a computer 14 to be managed, a transmission management part 22 reports license confirmation information indicating this computer 14 and software 18 to a management computer 12 before execution of software 18. Based on the combination of the computer 14 to be managed and software 18, the management computer 12 refers to a management table 30 to judge whether it is a wrong copy or not. If the wrong copy is found, a reception management part 24 inhibits the start of software 18 according to circumstances. |
