PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a thin film converter optimum for miniaturization, light weight and high efficiency. SOLUTION: A part of magnetic film out of conventional thin film transformer is substituted for an upper side magnetic substrate 4 to be a magnetic ferrite substrate. Besides, the upper side magnetic substrate 4 is bonded onto another magnetic substrate 3 using perihydropolysilazane. Furthermore, a magnetic core is formed of magnetic particles contained in a bonding agent instead of a magnetic thin film. |
