PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing device of a container cover body which is excellent in airtightness and easily opened or closed. SOLUTION: In a container 1 in which the opening 18 of the container body 2 can be enclosed with the cover body 3 by screwing the male screws of the container body 2 into the female screws of the cover body 3, a circular elastic material 16 is fitted to a circular recess groove 15 formed at the inside face of the peripheral part of the top plate 10 of the cover body 3. When sealing the container with the cover body, the peripheral edge of the opening of the container body 2 is fitted to contact the circular elastic material 16 with pressure. |
