<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of power consumption, without correcting an image blur, in a short exposure time with less possibility of the blur. SOLUTION: The blur correcting camera includes a blur correcting lens 16 for correcting the image blur caused by vibration, an exposure time setting part for setting an exposure time, a fixing device 17 for fixing the blur correcting lens 16, an exposure time deciding part for comparing the exposure time set by the exposure time setting part with a fixed time deciding level and a fixing control part for controlling the fixing device 17, to fix the blur correcting optical system 16, when the exposure time deciding part decides that the exposure time set by the exposure setting part is shorter than a time deciding level.</p> |
