PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a signal from a material whose range is found regardless of a regular reflection image so as to improve an SN ratio by performing focus detection or rang-finding base on respectively integrated stored charges with respect to luminous fluxes received at respective photodetectors in the case the stored charge reaches required amount. SOLUTION: The signals obtained in the case of light-projection and non-light- projection are alternately transmitted to the transmission part of a linear CCD 83 corresponding to each sensor, and also the signal of the same sensor obtained in the case of each light-projection is added and stored, furthermore, the signal of the same sensor obtained in the case of each non-light-projection is added and stored at the transmission part of a ring CCD 84. That is, an added value of the signal of each sensor in the case of light-projection and the added value of the signal of each sensor in the case of non-light-projection are stored at the alternate transmission parts of the linear CCD 83 and the ring CCD 84. As to the distribution of the stored signal stored and processed for each sensor; a CPU decides whether reflected light from an object by the light-projection is received by the sensor part, so that object distance is obtained. |
