PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a favorable operation property and running property without adding unnecessary brake force by restricting the giving of braking force when the wheel speed difference between right/left driven wheels is more than second standard value. SOLUTION: Wheel speed detection means 11-14 for detecting the wheel speed of front/rear wheels are provided. When the wheel speed difference between the front/rear wheels of a vehicle is more than a first standard value, braking force is added to a wheel with higher wheel speed out of the front/rear wheels and when the wheel speed difference between right/left driven wheels 2, 3 is more than a limit in/out wheel difference set as a second standard value, the brake fluid pressure of respective brakes 6-9 installed on respective wheels 2-5 respectively is adjusted individually by a brake control unit 31 and the giving of brake force is restricted. As a result, for example when the wheel speed is dropped quickly by the entering of the wheel of either one side out of right/left driven wheels in a muddy place, the giving of the braking force is restricted and unfavorable stall sense is not given to a drive without adding an unnecessary braking force.
