PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the displacement, etc., of a ceiling board at the time of vibrations by forming a surface symmetric type holding clip by bending an elastic plate material and forming a head inserting section, a leg opening section, a hold-down plate section and a penetrating engaging pawl. SOLUTION: A surface symmetric type holding clip 3 for earthquake resistance is molded by bending an elastic plate material such as a stainless steel plate, a spring steel plate, etc., and a head inserting section 31 inserted and engaged to the head section 21 of a T bar 2, on which a ceiling board 1 is placed, is formed. A first leg opening section 32 is formed while being continued to the opposed two plate sections of the head inserting section 31, and a second leg opening section 33 having a large angle of leg opening is shaped while being continued to the end section of the first leg opening section 32. Hold-down plate sections 34 formed by outwards bending the end sections of the second leg opening section 33 at approximately 90 deg. and triangular penetrating engaging pawls 35, in which front ends are pointed, are formed and engaged with the ceiling board. Accordingly, the ceiling board can be held accurately at the normal place of mounting on the T bar even at the time of a severe earthquake. |
