PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work load of an operator at times of the start and stop of printing by performing the changeover control of the interruption and the execution thereof in connection with the state of a printer. SOLUTION: When taking-up (paper) is exhausted and a paster (paper splicer) becomes necessary, a paster signal rises. Since printing interiority is necessarily generated at a time of pasting, inspection is unnecessary the inspection of an inspection device is interrupted by an inspection device control means 30 receiving the paster signal and an inspection signal falls. At this time, a normal paper signal also falls instantly and a new taking-up paster is performed. Next, the interruption of inspection is kept until the normal paper signal stands up and inspection is resumed simultaneously with the rising of the normal paper signal. By repetition of this operation, a printer 10 is stopped and the inspection apparatus 40 can be automatically operated until the operation signal of the printer falls. |
