PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top tape cutter for a chip-like electronic component series which makes it possible to safely, efficiently remove the tape wound on a reel. SOLUTION: A grip 12a is provided at one end of a body 12, a guide groove 16 is formed by a pair of sidewalls 15a, 15b at the other end of the body 12, and a cutter 14 is fixed to the one sidewall in the groove 16. Thus, the blade 14 is surrounded by the sidewalls 15a, 15b to attempt to conduct the safe operation. |
