PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a changeover switch without dividing the set of a theft prevention control part by a baud rate by that the theft prevention control part memorizes ID code of an engine control part through a trouble diagnoser at the assembly time to a vehicle. SOLUTION: A theft prevention control part 12 is connected to an engine control part 16 by a communication line 24 and a trouble diagnoser 26 is jointed on the way of the communication line 24. ID code memory part 30 for memorizing the ID code of the ID code set part 28 of the engine control part 16 is installed in the theft prevention control part 12 through the trouble diagnoser 26 at the assemble time to a vehicle. The engine control part 16 is discriminated by this ID code and a vow rate is decided. Thereby, it becomes unnecessary to divide the set of the theft prevention control part 12 by the vow rate at the installation time and a supply time of the communication line 24. As the ID code is memorized to the theft prevention control part 12 by the communication line 24 and an initial code is registered to the engine control part 16, the parts of the change over switch is dispensed. |
