PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve any convenience to use without complicating a constitution by memorizing a latest code when a rolling code between a theft prevention control means and an engine control means is matched and judging whether they are matched or not based on the comparison of the last agreement code when the rolling code is not matched. SOLUTION: An engine control means 2 has a memory part MEM1 for memorizing a last agreement code A1 and a present rolling code A2 and a memory part MEM2 for memorizing a last agreement code B1 and a present rolling code B2 is installed in a theft prevention control device 4. When the present rolling code between the theft prevention control means 4 and the engine control means 2 is not matched, a judgement for whether the last agreement codes A1, B1 are matched with each other or not is carried out by making the comprison result of the last agreement codes A1, B1 to a reference and the synchronization of the rolling code is recovered and the stop of an unnecessary internal combustion engine is avoided. |
