PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need for an antenna operation without hindrance by an antenna by providing reception and transmission use microstrip antennas located close to each other and arranged nearly on a same plane. SOLUTION: Microstrip antennas (inverted-F antennas) 1, 2 located close to each other and having different operating frequencies are arranged on nearly the same plane of a dielectric board in the inside of a case of the portable telephone set at a prescribed interval. The microstrip antennas 1, 2 have a directivity in a direction perpendicular to the plane. Usually the microstrip antenna 1 is used as a reception antenna (reception exclusive antenna) and the microstrip antenna 2 is used as a transmission antenna. Furthermore, when the microstrip antennas 1, 2 are used for a diversity antenna, the both act like reception antennas. |
