<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the production of an aborted frame not to be reported by reporting the validity of a PVC including a state of a line with a terminal equipment contained respectively to other frame relay exchange or an FRAD. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of a line fault between a terminal equipment a1 and an FRADa2, a frame relay exchange 3 sends a reply message ST-F for full status display from the FRAD 2 with respect to a message SEF of a full status request. The ST displays it that the DLC 132 is inactive. When the exchange 3 receives an SE-F represented by g2 from a terminal equipment (b), since the DLC 132 is inactive, as to a DLC 148 forming the PVC, the ST-F displaying to be inactive is reported to a terminal equipment 1. Since a terminal equipment b4 stops the transmission to the terminal equipment 1, occurrence of an event that the state of the terminal equipment 1 is not reported to the terminal equipment 2, the frame transmission is conducted and the generation of aborted on the way is prevented.</p> |
