A control valve comprises a housing 18 having an inlet port 25 and a pair of outlet ports 26, 27, a pair of valve control members 40, 43 capable of both concert and independent movement in the housing, a pair of valve control means 34, 60 controlling pressure fluid communication between the inlet port and the outlet ports, and a pair of opposed surfaces A1, A2 on the valve control member 40 respectively responsive to the established fluid pressure at the outlet ports whereby the member 40 may be independently moved to maintain a predetermined ratio of outlet pressures. In the preferred embodiment, the outlet ports supply the chambers 6, 7 of a vehicle brake system and the valve control member 43 is provided with a slidable, spring-loaded, actuating plate 72. The members 40, 43 move downwardly in unison against balanced springs 53, 68 simultaneously closing exhaust vents 70, 37 and subsequently lifting the valve control means 34, 60 from seats 24, 59, the control means being restored to their lapped positions when the fluid pressure on the underside of the member 43 is sufficiently great to move the member upwardly against the applied force. If equal pressures are required in the outlet ports, a hand valve 13 is caused to connect spaces 45, 49 so that A1+A3=A2. In a modified construction, both valve control means are carried by the control member which regulates the outlet pressures.
