PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for producing video which can automatically produce and eliminate a phenomenon caused by a body defined by a producer and a body accompanying the phenomenon. SOLUTION: Various data constituting scenes to be represented as video are stored S1 as scene data and various modules where phenomena at the time when the various data are made to be video, bodies accompanying the phenomena, and specific conditions are defined are stored; and information on the relation between the state of a specific body and a phenomenon made to be video accompanying the state is stored and scene descriptions are generated S2 on the basis of the various data stored as the scene data. On the basis of the relation data, it judged whether or not the respective data of the scene descriptions are to be updated and when it is judged that the data are to be updated, the respective data of the scene descriptions are updated S3 by referring to the various modules. |
