<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article carrying vehicle having the function of riding over somewhat larger undulation of the road surface and relaxing impact to the article carrying vehicle and articles. SOLUTION: A distance sensor 5 measures the distance between the position of the distance sensor 5 and a position a specified distance away from an article carrying vehicle body 1, and outputs a rugged state of the road surface as the searched results based on the length of the measured distance. Besides, a gyroscope 8 detects the inclination of the article carrying vehicle body 1 and outputs the detected results. A management computer 11 outputs control information to a suspension controller 9 and a driving controller 10 based on the searched results and the detected results. The suspension controller 9 controls suspensions 2 based on the control information. Further, the driving controller 10 controls driving wheels 3 in response to the control information.</p> |
