As the concealment flag, 1 when a concealed object check box is on and 0 when off, is stored, and registered information having a concealment flag of 0 is to be concealed, and excluded from objects to be retrieved. To refer to detailed information afterward, a user layer is clicked double. When a user conceals registered information by this system, the user conceals the information by using a registered information secret part 16 that a controller 16 has.
