PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adverse effect of a high current flowing through a power supply line on other circuit elements through refresh operation of dynamic shift registers. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device comprises dynamic shift registers 21 and other circuits 23 formed on a common chip. The power supply line VDD1 for dynamic shift registers is isolated from the power supply line for other circuits and the power supply lines are connected with external circuits through different external connection terminals. Not only the power supply terminal but also the common or ground terminal for dynamic shift register is preferably isolated from that for other circuits. |
