SOLUTION: The protection material for a semiconductor element 201 of a transparent resin layer 202 is formed from the resin containing at least silane coupling agent. For example, the material in which γ-methacryloxypropyl- trimethoxysilane 2.8 weight part is added, as silane coupling agent, to mixed resin 100 weight part of hexamethylene diisocyanate blocked with acrylic resin, inorganic polymer and ε caprolactam, is applied to a photo-detecting surface of a photoelectromotive force element 201, and the solvent is evaporated by heating, and the resin is cross-linked to form a transparent thin film layer 202. The solar battery element 207 is overlaid with a transparent filler 203 and a transparent film 204 to constitute a solar battery module. |
