PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of template agent and attain simple installation as well as installation in a small place. SOLUTION: A sponge 135, into which templating agent is impregnated, is arranged in a sponge receiving chamber 133, formed in a template frame 109. A packing is provided on the periphery of opening of the sponge receiving chamber. A part of the template frame, which is in close contact with a heat transfer tube 3, is provided with a shape, profiling the outer surface of the heat transfer tube. Supporting arms 105a, 105b, consisting of clamping units 127a, 127b, axial hole forming parts 128a, 128b and handle units 129a, 129b, are attached to the template frame. When the template frame is pushed against the heat transfer tube and the grip of the handle unit is loosened when the handle is gripped and the clamp unit is opened, the clamp units are closed and the template frame is contacted closely to and supported by the heat transfer tube. |
