PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensor sensitivity and accuracy and enable a coil wire to be wound easily by a robot without requiring manpower thereby largely reducing a manufacturing cost and also improving product quality and measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: Two virtual lines M which pass through a center of a rectangular thin plate 10 made of a ferromagnetic material such as Permalloy and displaced by 45 degrees laterally with respect to a horizontal/vertical line are drawn. Respective right, left, upper and lower rims of the thin plate 10 interposed between the two virtual lines M are cut so that the cut ridges may not be in contact with the virtual lines M respectively, a bottom of respective pairs of cuts 15A/15B among their cuts 15A/15B, which are opposite via the above center is utilized to wind a coil wire, and an magnetizing coil 11 and an output coil 12 are respectively formed. |
